Chrissi
The southernmost exotic "paradise" of Europe, the islet of Chrysis, it would not be an exaggeration to say that it is a destination that every person should visit at least once in his life.
It is a flat island, with waters whose colors include all shades of blue and green. The name of the island is due to the golden sand that exists on one beach, while others are covered with white sand that is colored pink by the fragments of the huge number of shells that are there. Europe's largest naturally formed Lebanese cedar forest, located on the island, completes the canvas of wild natural beauty. All the beaches of Chrysi are beautiful and impressive, however the scepter of the most beautiful and famous is kept by the beach of Belegrina, in the northern part of the island. As the island has been included in the program for the protection of landscapes of natural beauty (NATURA 2000), visitors must respect the fragile beauty of the place. Chrysi will undoubtedly enchant her visitors, who will adore her indescribable beauty!
